Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products being food items, including millets and other perishable
goods, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring that you are
completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Eligibility
As we deal primarily in food and consumable products, returns are not accepted unless:
You have received a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect item.
The item delivered does not match your order in terms of product or quantity.
We do not accept returns for reasons including taste preference, change of mind, or delayed
delivery caused by courier issues.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive any product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us
immediately. We offer free replacements or refunds under the following conditions:
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping or packaging
issues, please take clear photographs of the damaged goods and packaging.
Incorrect Items: If we mistakenly send the wrong product, contact us with the order
details and we will rectify the error.
Expired Products: If the product you receive has passed its expiration date, please
contact us right away.
All return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Claims made beyond this window will not be accepted for hygienic and safety
reasons.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To raise a return or exchange request, please:

2. Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice.
3. Provide a brief description of the issue (e.g., damaged seal, wrong item, etc.).
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds are offered in the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Items: If the product is found to be damaged, defective, or
incorrect.
Out-of-Stock Products: If an item is unavailable or discontinued after you’ve placed
an order, we will issue a refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase, and may
take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
If eligible, we will:
Arrange for a replacement product to be shipped at no additional cost.
In some cases, you may be required to return the defective item via our delivery
partner (we will arrange pickup if necessary).
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only when:
The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
The replacement is not possible due to delivery constraints.
You cancel the order before it is processed or shipped.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the

Products that have been opened or used.
Specially customized or personalized products.
